Is it OK change / customize the default settings for event 0x056e1004 to set the flag "alarm is user clearable" in Event Configuration?

The 0x056e1004 event is generated wne a VMware virtual machine has powered down. This alarm associated with this event is the "VMWARE VIRTUAL MACHINE POWERED DOWN" alarm.

Although this alarm is configured to be non-user clearable by default, modifying it to be user clearable will not have an adverse affect on how Fault Isolation works in Spectrum.

However, it is recommended to not set this alarm, or any alarm, to be user clearable if it is set to be non user clearable out of the box so as to avoid a user clearing an alarm incorrectly and missing an incident.
