We have a licenses of 10 x http 1`Monitor and we are using only 5 of this monitor but in the recap of licenses we have 0 remaining.
Can you explain why we don't have the 5 licenses not used?

The frequency for the subscription is always and-up: 1' monitor subscription can then hold 1' monitors, but also 5', 10' and so on. 5' monitor subscription can only hold 5' monitors and up.
The subscription will be chosen by best-match: it will not waste 1' monitor subscription for 5' monitor unless it has to: when 5' monitor subscription has been depleted but 1' monitor subscription is still available.
In this case some monitors that despite being 5' are taking 1' subscriptions because (at the time of activating the monitors) there was no free 5' subscription to take the monitor from. If a monitor is drawn from a more expensive product (1') because of lack of matching product (5') it stays like that until another deactivation. When this happens and matching (5') subscription is added, such monitors are not redistributed.
Deactivate and activate the latest monitors which should free their 1' subscriptions.
You can contact Broadcom Support for assistance identifying the monitors using the wrong subscription.
