The locator LED command does not work for the Dell HBA345 Adapter

Issue/Introduction

• The command "esxcli storage core device set --led-state=locator -d naa.xxx" is used to turn on the disk LED on VCF Operations
• When using the command with disks connected to the Dell HBA345 Adapter, the LED blinking function only operates successfully on the initial attempt.
• Subsequent attempts to run the command will not cause the LED to blink.

Environment

• VCF Operations 9.x
• VMware ESX 9.x

Cause

• This issue is related to the adapter firmware
• Older firmware package versions 11.08.08.00 to 11.15.26.00 work as expected.
• Newer firmware versions report this issue
