Error occurs when trying to open a tab in Modern UX Projects module

Issue/Introduction

• A sub object of the Project object is displayed as a tab in the Modern UX, within the Project record
• When a specific user navigates to this tab, he obtains an error. Data does not load
• This is not an issue for other users who access the same tab with their profiles
• The error seen in app-ca.log is as follows:
  • com.ca.ppm.rest.exception.BadRequestException: com.ca.ppm.rest.parser.ParseException: Encountered " <ALIAS> "undefined "" at line 1, column 17.
Was expecting:
    <WORK_EFFORT_UNIT_VALUES>
...    
 at com.ca.ppm.rest.QueryContext.setTSVParams(QueryContext.java:649)

Resolution

Navigate to Profile > Settings > General > Change the 'Unit of Measure' > Revert to the previously selected 'Unit of Measure'.
