Issue:

Running the Tomcat started task (WSTOMSTC) results in error message:CEE3501S The module ENWSXML2 was not found. It will abend with S806-04

Resolution:

Confirm the hlq.iqual.CSIQPLD dataset is allocated in the hlq.iqual.CSIQJCL(WSTOMSTC) STEPLIB.  This library does not need to run APF authorized, but can be loaded from the linklist if desired.
