Issue/Introduction

When running a Force Unextend on a network extension, it will get stuck at "Unextending Network for Active Appliance pair: Starting tear down operation..."

Cause

• When the HCX connector no longer exists, the force unextending of the network extension in the cloud HCX manager will get stuck. 

Resolution

• Create a new Segment on the CLOUD side
• Move all VMs using the extend network to this segment
• Remove the old one L2E (as the SOURCE side of this extension was removed).
  • This will make it so that VMs can run on a regular overlay segment with none of the HCX L2E programming.
