Issue/Introduction

When using the CA Test Data Manager (TDM) Portal on the Masking Configuration page, users may encounter the following stability issues:

• Searching for a specific table in the search bar (and pressing Enter) causes the page to "shake" or refresh unexpectedly.
• Attempting to collapse tags or making changes to a specific tag triggers an automatic page refresh, after which collapsed tags expand again.

Cause

This behavior is identified as a product defect (DE663471) related to state management and search filtering within the TDM Portal UI components.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, apply the TDM Portal patch build 4.11.5033 or later.

Steps to Apply the Fix:

1. Download the Patch: Obtain the TDMWeb-4.11.5033.0.zip file (or a later cumulative version) from the Broadcom Support Portal - TDM Patches.
2. Apply the Patch: Follow the standard procedure for applying TDM Portal patches as outlined in Article 10931.
3. Clear Browser Cache: After applying the patch and restarting the TDM Portal services, clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure the updated UI components are loaded correctly.
4. Verification: Navigate back to the Masking Configuration page and verify that searching for tables and collapsing tags no longer triggers an unexpected page refresh or UI instability.
