Issue/Introduction

If a record in Related Artifacts contains an error such as a stack trace and that record is exported to a CSV, the error message can take up several lines of the CSV due to its formatting and it corrupts the CSV.

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard

  2. Located a record pair in Related Artifacts that resulted in a stack trace

  3. Click the Export button for related artifacts

  4. View the export in an application like Excel
