Issue/Introduction

Start/End Dates coming from Jira Align (on create, or on update) are not syncing to Clarity. Clarity will set default dates when the object sync occurs and the record is created in Clarity. An update to Jira Align will be triggered and only the End date will sync to Jira Align.

Logs throughout this process should show the fields existing, but then dropping out of the payload.

Adapters: Clarity < > Jira Align (Universal Adapter)
Objects: Clarity CIT Portfolio Epic < > Jira Align Portfolio Epic

 

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Assuming automation is already configured

  2. Create Portfolio Epic in Jira Align

  3. Set Start Initiation Date and Target End Date

  4. Run Sync in ConnectALL to pick up record, assuming record is created

  5. Check new (or updated record) in Clarity

  6. Will have the default dates set for the record as Clarity requires a Start/End for CITs
