Export in Native Reporting gets stuck

Issue/Introduction

• Report export is attempted in the Native Reporting module
• Following message is displayed in the UI
  • Export in Progress. Download will be available in notifications.
• It does not go away even after 5, 10 minutes
• No file is made available in the Notifications under the bell icon
• Following error becomes noticeable in the app-ca.log:
  • Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Fontconfig head is null, check your fonts or fonts configuration
 at java.desktop/sun.awt.FontConfiguration.getVersion(FontConfiguration.java:1268)

Environment

• Linux OS
• Clarity 16.4.0

Resolution

• Install fontconfig library
• The user with which Clarity services are started should have access to it.
