Issue/Introduction

When a user navigates to a Hierarchy and attempts to view Task Details, the Details panel fails to populate and instead displays a “No items selected” message. This issue specifically occurs when the user attempts to access task details directly within the Hierarchy tab.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to Clarity MUX.
  2. Ensure the following Global Rights are assigned:
    • Hierarchy - Navigate
    • Investment - Hierarchy - View - All
    • Project Management - Tiles Navigate
    • Project Management - Navigate
    • Projects - Navigate
    • Tasks - Navigate
  3. Ensure the following Instance Rights are assigned:
    • Hierarchy - Edit
    • Project - Edit
  4. Navigate to a Hierarchy containing projects and tasks.
  5. Verify that the Hierarchy blueprint has the Tasks module configured.
  6. Without previously opening the specific projects in the Project Workspace, navigate to the Tasks tab within the Hierarchy.
  7. Select a task and attempt to open the Details Panel.

Expected Result: The Task Details panel should load and display the task attributes immediately upon task selection within the Hierarchy.

Actual Result: The Details panel displays “No items selected” instead of loading the task information. However, if the associated project has been previously opened in the Projects tab, the task details load successfully only for those pre-opened (pre-loaded) items.
