Issue/Introduction

SFTP synthetic check failure (LCMVMSP10035) when attempting to remove or power off automation.  This can also occur when attempting to update SFTP backup credentials in VCF Operations Fleet Manager. 

Environment

VCF 9.x
VCF Operations 9.x
VCF Operations Fleet Manager 9.x
VCF Automation 9.x

Cause

The Health Check failure (LCMVMSP10035) is causing the removal job to fail as the appliance was partially removed or is offline and could not respond to the SFTP health check.

Resolution

• In the Fleet Manager UI, Click on more in the failing Job
• Skip the health check for the job by putting a checkmark in the skip health check box within the retry menu on the failing step
• Execute retry the job by clicking on retry
