Resolution

Third-party integrations are to use the TCA API. TCA API documentation can be found at the following locations:

• https://<TCA-M_IP>/hybridity/docs
• Telco Cloud Automation APIs on the Broadcom Developer portal page.

For ServiceNow, the following is required:

• Create a service account
• Obtain the authentication token
