ESXi host PSOD while collecting support bundles from NSX

Issue/Introduction

• The ESXi host may experience PSOD while collecting support bundles from NSX.
• The backtrace observed would have below functions:
  
  _{EfiShared_IterateMemMapBegin
  EFI_VsiListMemoryMap
  VSIGetListInfoInt
  VSISyscall_GetListInfoWrapper
  UW64VMKSyscallUnpackVSI_GetList}
  
  
• The host will have below logs while dumping core:

• The host will have VMs with vmxnet3 adapter during the time of the issue.

Cause

This is caused by XMap fragmentation/exhaustion for the VMXNet3 device.

Resolution

Please refer to KB Virtual machine power-on task fails with an error "Failed to instantiate VMM bootstrap blob: Failure"
