Missing OI MetaData Supportability metrics after the upgrade to 26.1 on-prem.

Issue/Introduction

Following an upgrade to version 26.1 (On-Premises), administrators may notice that the OI MetaData Supportability metrics are no longer reporting or visible in the environment. However, the OI Alerts Supportability metrics remain present and continue to function normally.

Resolution

This change in metric availability is expected behavior and is a direct result of an architectural redesign introduced in the 26.1 release. No action is required.

The Enterprise Manager no longer performs metric attribute annotation. This responsibility has been entirely offloaded to a dedicated microservice.
