Issue/Introduction

When using the CA Test Data Manager (TDM) Portal on the Masking Configuration page, users may encounter the following stability issues:

• When viewing configurations by 'Tags' and searching for a specific table, all associated tags expand by default.
• Attempting to collapse tags or making changes to a specific tag causes the page to refresh unexpectedly.
• After the refresh, previously collapsed tags expand automatically.

Cause

This behavior is identified as a product defect (DE663471) related to how the TDM Portal UI handles state management and search filtering on the Masking Configuration page.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, apply the TDM Portal patch build 4.11.5031 or later.

Steps to Apply the Fix:

1. Download the Patch: Obtain the TDMWeb-4.11.5031.0.zip file from the Broadcom Support Portal or through your assigned support representative.
2. Apply the Patch: Follow the standard procedure for applying TDM Portal patches as outlined in the documentation: How to apply patches for TDM.
3. Clear Browser Cache: After applying the patch and restarting the TDM Portal services, clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure the updated UI components are loaded correctly.
4. Verification: Navigate back to the Masking Configuration page and verify that searching and collapsing tags no longer triggers a page refresh or automatic expansion.
