Failure of CEJOB10 “Load required functions model to a new encyclopedia”
The error message displayed is: TIEC086E NO LONGER SUPPORT 8.0.A3 MODELS OR EARLIER.CANNOT UPLOAD.

Resolution
CEJOB10 loads the Schema Functions Model.
1. The TIEC086E error is normally due to dataset prefix or suffix naming problems:
a. Check if an incorrect value is set for the suffix names for "Data (EGEN/TRAN)" (Default: CEHBDATV) and "X-Late Tables" (Default: CEHBDATB) on the "Installation Variables Management"/"Set library names" screen:

b. Check suffix names and also validate dataset prefix/HLQ are all correct in PARMLIB members TIUHE, TIUHE2 e.g. TIUHE contains "TIUXLAT=HLQ.XXX.CEHBDATB"
2. After correcting any "Installation Variables Management"/"Set library names" problems save as updated JCL member TILPARMS and rebuild the PARMLIB (parameter file) members:

3a. Check that the "X-Late Tables" dataset contains the expected number of members. For Gen 8.6 there should be 2462 members starting with AAAAAAAB and ending with OGIIOGHK. If not correct can copy/redeploy from SMP/E CSI CEHBDATB.
b. Check that the "EGEN/TRAN" dataset contains the expected number of members. For Gen 8.6 there should be 24 starting with FUNCMODL and ending with SAMPMODL. If not correct can copy/redeploy from SMP/E CSI CEHBDATV.
4. Re-run the CEJOB10 job
