ConnectALL automation with Flat File adapter does not work when setup multi-project configuration

Issue/Introduction

I have a working automation between Flat File adapter and Rally with single project configuration which works fine. I have the fields like Name, Project, Description, Status etc in the CSV.

When I change the automation to be multiple projects on Jira and map the Flat File Project field with Rally Project field, it does not pick up the records and does not produce any errors.  If I change the job back to a single project, the records process without any issues.  Is there a way to fix this?

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create Flat File connection.
2. Add user fields including a field named 'Project'.
3. Create an automation between flat file adapter and Rally
4. Map project field and setup multi-project configuration.
5. Run the automation.

Actual Results:
Automation won't sync any record nor it throws any error.

Expected Results:
Records should sync fine and route to correct projects.

Resolution

TechDoc has been updated with precise instruction and note about not using the system field while adding User Fields for Flat File Adapter setup.

Workaround:

Make following changes and run the sync again.

1. Rename Project field so something else in User Fields.
2. Rename Project field in CSV
3. Redo the Field Mapping & Value Mapping for Project field.
