Authorization Error in VCF Operations SDDC Manager Tab

Issue/Introduction

• On the VCF Operations console, navigating to Administration -> SDDC Manager displays the error: Authorization Error: Unauthorized access.
• The SDDC Manager view may fail to load or appear inaccessible.
  
  

Environment

• VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Operations 9.x

Cause

This issue can be caused by stale browser cache or an unresponsive SDDC Manager VM VCF Operations SDDC Manager.

Resolution

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then restart the browser session.
2. If the error persists, reboot the SDDC Manager VM VCF Operations SDDC Manager.
3. If the issue repeats, consider Increasing SDDC Manager CPU/Memory VCF Operations SDDC Manager.
