Dashboard Top X Portlet Hyperlinks Not Filtering Correctly

Issue/Introduction

• Using the dashboard widget Top X Blocks by User gives the correct results, but clicking the hyperlinks bring you to the events page without the User filter applied
• Using the dashboard widget Top X Blocks by File gives the correct results, but clicking the hyperlinks bring you to the events page without the File Name filter applied

Environment

• Carbon Black App Control Server: 8.12 and lower

Cause

Issue being investigated in CRE-23629

Resolution

A resolution is currently planned for the 8.13 server release, pending final testing.
