In Clarity MUX, cannot change the Non-Labor Resource Name

Issue/Introduction

The user should have the ability to rename a Non-Labor Resource through the new user experience. Currently, updating the First Name or Last Name of a non-Labor resource throws a CMN-0018 error. The 'Full Name' field is not editable. In Classic, the Non-Labor Resources allow the Full Name field to be edited and it updates the Last Name field accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a non-Labor resource (e.g.: Equipment).
2. Navigate to the Modern UX Resources workspace and the Resources module.
3. Add the Full Name, First Name and Last Name columns.
4. Filter for the non-Labor resources.
5. Try to edit the Full Name, First Name or Last Name of the non-Labor resource.

Expected Results: For Non-Labor Resources, the 'Full Name' field should be editable, the First Name and Last Name fields read-only.  

Actual Results: The 'Full Name' field is read-only, the First Name and Last Name fields are editable, but when attempting to update the value a CMN-0018 error is generated. CMN-0018: Attribute 'First Name' is read only. CMN-0018: Attribute 'Last Name' is read only.

This issue has been fixed in Clarity 16.4.2.

For Non-Labor Resources (Equipment, Expense, Material) in Clarity MUX:

• READ-ONLY: First Name, Last Name fields.
• EDITABLE: Full Name. Automatically updates the Last Name field.

 

Workaround:

Update the Non-Labor Resource Full Name field in Classic or through XOG.
