Session recording CIFS share show unmounted

Issue/Introduction

Session Recording is not working, share show unmounted, we try to unmount and mount and there is not error message, it appears succesfully mounted but status continue showing unmounted

Cause

In Windows CIFS share, there is a folder called testPAM that is needed for PAM to check storage availability, if PAM cannot access this folder and is not able to work on testPAM,  it makes mount unavailable, there were not enough rights for PAM to access it.

Resolution

Give full permissions rights to testPAM folder in CIFS share for the PAM account (to be able to write and delete files)
