Unable to Assign Dashboard Ownership

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to assign dashboard ownership, you are either unable to or see a blank dropdown menu

Environment

VMware Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

The user that is currently logged in attempting to perform this chance is not an administrator. Administrator privileges are required to perform this task. 

Resolution

Log in as a user with administrator privileges or assign administrator privileges to the user you wish to make these changes from.
