DA Admin Menu Access Issues After Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from version 24.3.2 to 25.4.3, users assigned to custom roles no longer have access to specific Data Aggregator (DA) administration menus. Despite having broad access privileges, these menus, which were available prior to the upgrade, are now missing from the UI.

Missing Menus include:

• Discovery Profiles

• Monitoring Profiles (MP)

• Monitoring Filters (MF)

• Vendor Certifications (VC

Environment

DX NetOps Performance Management: 25.4

Cause

The issue is a functional regression introduced during the React conversion in version 24.3.4. The migration unintentionally caused the UI to hide DA admin views for any role not explicitly tagged as an "Administrator" role.

Resolution

To restore menu visibility immediately, change the affected user's role to an Administrator level role. If the role is marked at the administrator level, the menus will function correctly.

This issue is targeted to be resolved in 25.4.7.
