Excessive Delay During Device Deletion in DX UIM 23.4 CU6

Issue/Introduction

We are facing a critical issue with device deletion in CU6 inventory. The process is currently taking an unacceptable amount of time-over 30 minutes, and is ultimately getting stuck in the "Revoking BlacklistDevices" state without completing. We require immediate assistance to resolve this significant delay and process failure.
