Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open http://*hostname*/niku/nuLogin

2. From Nav select 'Home -> Modern UX'

3. Select the Projects tab

4. Run the Screen reader

Notice that search textbox does not have label associated with it.

Expected Results: Form control labels are programmatically associated.

Actual Results: Search textbox does not have label associated with it.
