Not all VCFA organizations are visible under Capacity > Cost > ShowBack > Organization in VCF Operations 9.x

Issue/Introduction

• Sign into VCF operations → Navigate to Capacity → Cost → ShowBack → Organization and you see that none or not all VCF automation organizations are showing. 
• Sign into VCF automation → Navigate to Organizations → Organizations.  The orgs that are not listed VCF operations match the organizations that are marked as VM apps.

Resolution

Organizations that are VM apps type are not visible, only Organizations that are All-Apps-Organization type are available in VCF Operations when navigating to Capacity → Cost → ShowBack → Organization .
