TKGI v1.23.3 is packaged with Harbor v2.13.2

Issue/Introduction

The release notes for TKGI v1.23.3 specified VMware Harbor Registry v2.13.5 as being the version used. The release notes are incorrect. R&D will update the release notes to correct this mistake.

Environment

TKGI v1.23.3 with Harbor and TKGI MC

Resolution

For customers using TKGI MC and upgrading to TKGI v1.23.3 please note TKGi 1.23.3 is packaged with Harbor 2.13.2 (which is the same as 1.23.2). For upgrading to newer version of Harbor (2.13.5), the tile is available in the Broadcom Support portal.
