Resource Object Process not triggering automatically on User (JIT) Creation

Issue/Introduction

• There is a Process that is defined to Auto-trigger when a Resource object instance is created
• The environment also has Just-in-time creation enabled to create Users (Administration > Resource records)
• It is noticed that when User records are created, the Process mentioned above does not trigger automatically.

Resolution

This is working as designed. When Users are created, Processes defined on the Resource object do not trigger.
