Cause

The upgrade is required to remediate security vulnerabilities within the environment where the SOI application is hosted.

Resolution

CA Service Operations Insight (SOI) Development has confirmed that upgrading the system's OpenSSL version to 3.0.18 or higher will have no direct impact on the SOI 4.3 application framework.
