Incorrect Hold Action in OPS/MVS PTF LU19452

Issue/Introduction

The ++HOLD ACTION instructions included in the OPS/MVS PTF LU19452 are incorrect. The instructions currently state that a redeployment of the OPS/MVS REST API server is required; however, this step is unnecessary for this specific PTF.

Resolution

PTF LU19452 only updates REXX programs within the CCLXEXEC library. Because the changes are limited to these REXX members, the REST API server redeployment process can be skipped.

The following members in the CCLXEXEC library are updated by this PTF and must be copied to your runtime library:

• ASOGMAPI
• OP41100E
• OP411002
• STATESET
