Issue/Introduction

Users are unable to find or download specific PTFs  required for SYSVIEW Performance Management to work with specific  

Cause

This issue typically occurs because the user is searching within the **Products** tab on the Broadcom Support Portal instead of the **Solutions** tab where PTF maintenance is hosted.

Resolution

To successfully locate and download SYSVIEW maintenance, follow these steps on the Support Portal:

• 1. Log in to [Broadcom Support](https://support.broadcom.com/).
• 2. Navigate to **Mainframe Software** > **My Downloads**.
• 3. In the **Search by Product Name** field, type **SYSVIEW**.
• 4. Click on the **SYSVIEW** product link in the results.
• 5. Select the **Solutions** tab located at the top (do not stay on the default Products tab).
• 6. Click on **SYSVIEW Performance Management MVS**.
• 7. Select the appropriate release (e.g., 17.0 or latest).
• 8. Use the search field to find the specific PTF numbers you require.
• 9. Select your preferred download option (HTTPS or FTP) for the pax file.
