JES2 cannot start after z/OS 3.2 implementation with Top Secret

Issue/Introduction

The following JES2 errors are seen when starting up z/OS 3.2 for the first time on an LPAR running Top Secret:

$HASP711 ERROR=00000004,RC=15536418,REASON=1579B2D8 871
$HASP428 CORRECT THE ABOVE PROBLEMS AND RESTART JES2

Cause

The $HASP711 error indicates that JES2 encountered an error when attempting to define the program call (PC) linkage. This error can occur when the new PC linkage table is not the same as the one used on the last start, or when there is an issue with the JES2 auxiliary address space.

Resolution

Check for violations for JES2 in the TSSUTIL report. It might be that the JES2 ACID needs UPDATE access to CSVDYLPA.ADD.AUXJES2$ in order to dynamically start the JES2 auxiliary address space.
