This article describes the steps to remove a Hosted email service from outbound email routes in Symantec Email Security.cloud

Resolution

To remove a Hosted email service from outbound SMTP route :

  1. Select Platform > Mail Routes Outbound.
  2. In Hosted Email Services click Delete.
  3. For the service you want to delete, click Delete.
  4. Provide a supporting note. Your notes are displayed in the change log.
  5. Click Confirm.
