Tasks no longer scheduled correctly after adding Task launch exception Do not Run on

Issue/Introduction

After adding yesterday (12/03) a launch exception on 17/03, we had all chains that stopped from running. The Next execution date for the chains impacted was the next launch after the exclusion window.

Instead, we should have had the launch for the 13/03 displayed in Launch Wait.

Only other Tasks  were calculated correctly that had a lot of old exceptions "Do not run" already defined at the Task level as seen below:

To solve this, we attempted to add the exception after deleting the old Exceptions from the tasks and we had two case :

• Some recent exclusion remained : the task was not running and the next execution date was set to the end of the requested exclusion. (Issue still present)
• All Exceptions were deleted : the chain started running again  until the new exclusion windows was reached

Environment

Dollar Universe 6.10.101

Cause

Unknown, impossible to replicate with customer data repeating the same steps.

Resolution

Deleting ALL the old exceptions from the Tasks solved the issue.

Additional Information

Should this issue occur again, please set the "Main Log Level" in the Node Settings - Logging to:

0,CALCYCLE,CALCTA

Then disable and enable the impacted task and open a Technical Support case referencing this case and provide the uxtrace of the node and impacted tasks.
