Punchlist should NOT be available for nested sub object selection

Issue/Introduction

When looking at the pull-down list of sub-objects, we see an object named 'Punchlist'.  This should not appear as the new Event Management feature is not yet released for this capability. 

Expected Results: The 'Punchlist' sub-object should not appear in the pull-down list for the grid view options 'Show Nested Subobjects'. 

Actual Results: The 'Punchlist' sub-object is appearing in the pull-down list for the grid view options.  If the user selects this object, it does not do anything. If another sub-object is currently configured, the 'Punchlist' sub-object does not replace it.

Workaround: None. Do not select this sub-object in the grid's View Options 'Show Nested Subobjects' configuration.
