Error 'NO NETWORK DETECTED' on newly deployed VCF Operations

Issue/Introduction

The newly deployed VCF Operations 9.0.x primary node appliance shows an error on the vSphere console

NO NETWORK DETECTED. PLEASE CHECK THE NETWORK CONFIGURATION.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.X

Cause

The IPv4 Type was selected as DHCP instead of Static. There were no DHCP servers on the network segment.

Resolution

Redeploy the appliance using the steps from Deploy VCF Operations Nodes and select Static in the IPv4 Type dropdown in the Customize Template step.

Additional Information

Cluster Management - Primary and replica nodes require static IP addresses. Data nodes can use DHCP or static IP.
