Issue/Introduction

The browser-based interface in NCM version 25.4.3 is not currently designed to save files directly to the user's local desktop; instead, it saves them to the Application Server.

Resolution

This functionality is officially resolved in the 25.4.7 release, which is currently scheduled for April. We recommend planning an upgrade to this version to restore the expected behavior.
