When configureing Microsoft CA in VCF Operations fails with "Certificate authorities update failed"

Issue/Introduction

When configuring Microsoft CA in VCF Operations we get an error that says "Certificate authorities update failed".  

Environment

VCF Operations 9.X

Cause

Within the SAN field we find multiple hostnames and IP's for a separate product.  CSR is required to be generated one per product and the same CSR should be utilized in certificate generation.

Resolution

Modify the SAN to contain the hostname/ip and configure the Microsoft CA.
