Issue/Introduction

Search clients using IP address feature on SEPM (Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager) fails to search Endpoint using some IP address.
Client shows IP address under client properties tab however it could not be searched on SEPM using IP address search criteria.

Error - No Results Found
There are no results for the selected criteria.

Cause

This is 'by design' to optimize the searches for the large environments.
By default we only store the details of 4 NIC IP in the search table which is used whenever we run the "Search Client" feature on SEPM UI.

Resolution

Search endpoint using any other search criteria Or use remaining other IPs addressed associate to that Endpoint for the search.
