Issue/Introduction

The responsive reports do not highlight cells consistently when viewing data by Fiscal Calendar. The conditional formatting fails to apply to most fiscal periods (formatting only appears on rare fiscal periods that begin exactly on the 1st of a standard calendar month) though formatting works correctly in the Standard Calendar view.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Modern UX > Reporting > Reports.
  2. Make copy of Staff Across Investment Data Provider and publish
  3. Create new responsive report with copy of Staff Across Investment
  4. Add Widget table selecting basic columns include Allocation column
  5. Ensure conditional formatting rules are applied to Allocation metric (e.g., < 1 = Yellow, = 1 = Green, > 1 = Red).
  6. In View Options, set the Calendar to Standard and observe that cells highlight correctly.
  7. Change the Calendar to Fiscal and apply.
  8. Review the grid across multiple fiscal years.

Expected Result: All cells meeting the criteria should be highlighted according to the rules across all Fiscal Periods.

Actual Result: Column cells do not highlight for most fiscal periods. Formatting only appears on rare fiscal periods that begin exactly on the 1st of a standard calendar month.

Workaround: Users must view data using the Standard Calendar to see consistent conditional formatting.
