POJO ADF extension returns "No such method runPipeline"

Issue/Introduction

When running a Azure Datafactory (ADF) POJO job, user sees this error:

No such method runPipeline                                                                       
java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: com.broadcom.pojo.adf.AzureDataFactory.runPipeline(adf.Endpoint)
@at java.lang.Class.getMethod(Class.java:1786)                                                   
@at cybermation.plugins.dataservices.handler.CybPOJOHandler.a(CybPOJOHandler.java:158) 

Environment

Workload Automation Agent: 12.1 or above

Cause

Provide all (20) parameters for ADF POJO in the job.

Resolution

Here are examples for ADF job definitions.  Define proxy parameters as well, leave them blank if they are not in use.
