Issue/Introduction

Why I am not able to view the option of Hosted reporting in CloudSWG when I have WPS license but its visible with NPS license

Resolution

In WPS, the hosted reporting feature is valid for Cloud SWG and Edge SWG but the retention is for 100 days.

To extend up to one year retention, the add-on CLD-RPT-SUB is required.

In NPS, CLD-RPT-SUB is included which explained the difference between WPS and NPS.

CLD-RPTR-OP-SUB - Cloud Reporting for On-Prem 1 year <- Only for on-premise proxy customers
