Monit jobs not present after rebooting the vm when Store BOSH Job Credentials on tmpfs (beta) feature is enabled

Issue/Introduction

In Bosh director tile, user can enable a feature Store BOSH Job Credentials on tmpfs (beta) to store credentials in memory. The feature is described in detail at this page https://bosh.io/docs/creds-tmpfs/

Resolution

When this feature is enabled, rebooting the vm results in vm without any monit jobs. VMs must instead be recreated in order to repopulate them with configuration and bring them back to a healthy state.
