Carousel in Staffing Per Period Metrics greyed out on Previous Period

Issue/Introduction

The Carousel to change time periods for Per Period Metrics in Staffing - Staff Grid does not seem to work for Previous period on Weekly periods, it is disabled as if there is no available periods.  

Using a FIscal Year that is not matching the Calendar Year -  Fiscal Year is July to June 

Environment

Clarity 16.3.3, 16.4.0, 16.4.1

Resolution

No longer reproducible in 16.4.2

Workaround:

Create new Weekly periods to cover the calendar year completely
