User rights not correctly populated for a given namespace.

Issue/Introduction

User observes that user rights are not correctly populated in Organization Portal > Infrastructure > Projects > Specific Selected Project > Namespaces.

The error/warning banner shown is:

Services are not available for this namespace, try again later or check with your administrator

 

Environment

VCF Automation 9.0.x

Cause

Issue in User field definition in the Active Directory and its compatibility with Aria Automation which leads to them being not discoverable from the project and hence unavailable to sync.

Both field "Email Address" and "Name" are required to be filled so that the User will appear in search.

Resolution

Update users' missing "Email Address" and/or "Name" field and re-add these users to the Project.
