Issue/Introduction

Migrated APM enterprises managers to new servers. agent not able to report metrics to new APM environment. Agent logs still showing that agent is trying to connect the older servers.

Resolution

Could be environment problem.

Suggest to validate if the MOM EM and Collector EM getting resolved to correct IPs when doing nslookup on agent server.
