SSL error accessing the PTC Implementer software repository

Issue/Introduction

When I ran the PTC Implementer Update and entered username/password, it prompted me with

SSL error accessing the PTC Implementer software repository
peer not authenticated
Do you want to trust the SSL certificate always?

I clicked on Yes button but it looped back to the same popup message. 

Environment

PTC Implementer Update with CA 2E all versions

Resolution

Please check the Implementer Update version by clicking Help-->About Implementer Update. If the version is not 12.5 or 12.6(for example 1.0.9), then you would need to update the Implementer Update to version 12.5 or 12.6 and try again.
