Base stuck during load, DB13018E RC 74 (81) OPEN ALLOCATION ERROR

Issue/Introduction

Our Base are stuck with this error message during the load :

DB13018E - OPEN ERROR, RETURN CODE 74 (81) OPEN ALLOCATION ERROR

CXX has not been changed.

 

Cause

The primary cause of Return Code 74 is pointing to the wrong CXX environment.
The MUF (Multi-User Facility) may have been started with the wrong CXX, or the CXX data was overlaid with incorrect information.

Resolution

1. Confirm that the CXX and its data are correct for the MUF

2. Confirm that the database file is missing and either recover it or load it completely in the job.
