Issue/Introduction

When viewing a CA7 jobstream in Automation Analytics and Intelligence, the Run Details tab displays jobs with SCHID values that were not available during initial setup Specifically, after selecting the "All" wildcard, new runs with different SCHIDs appear, and there is no built-in SCHID filter within the Run Details page to restrict the view ․‌.

  • Run Details shows job runs with unexpected SCHIDs (e․g․, 001, 002, 006, 025)

  • Original creation dropdown only showed a limited subset (e․g․, 100, 200, 009)

  • Job search cannot filter Run Details by specific SCHID

CONTEXT: Occurs when the CA7 jobstream is configured using the "All" option for SCHID

IMPACT: Users cannot filter the Run Details view to see only specific schedule IDs

Environment

AAI 24.4.0

CA7

Cause

The SCHIDs dropdown list during jobstream creation represents a point-in-time snapshot of the schedule IDs existing in the database for the target job at that exact moment Selecting "All" instructs the collection process to naturally pick up any new runs under additional schedule IDs created subsequently in CA7 There is currently no native SCHID filter within the Run Details page

Resolution

1․ CREATE A NEW JOBSTREAM EXPECTED: The jobstream creation menu opens

2․ SPECIFY EXACT SCHIDS Select the specific SCHIDs you want to monitor rather than using the "All" option

EXPECTED: The new jobstream only tracks and displays the explicitly selected schedule IDs NOTE: The "All" option acts as a forward-looking wildcard that captures any past, present, or future SCHIDs reported by CA7
